CANCELLATION POLICY:
Hotel Rooms= all cancellations and amendments must be received at least
48 hours prior arrival date, prior to 11AM (GMT) to count. Must be made
in writing. Any late cancellation or a late amendment will incur full

Apartments= all cancellations and amendments must be received at least
14 days prior to arrival, prior to 11AM (GMT) to count. Must be made in

Minimum stay for Mayflower Apartments is 90 days or more,
please contact our reservation team at the Mayflower hotel who will assist you
with all enquiries.

CHILD POLICY:
